Carnival

Lepe´s carnival, held in February, offers a variety of activities, such as: carnival performance at the theater, where all carnival groups, “Chirigotas” and “Comparsas”, compete each other by their repertoire; beans with squid, typical local dish free tasting, accompanied of different groups performances; street carnival, a day which carnival groups have the street as only stage; floats, where fancy dressed people cross the town by foot or by themed floats, enlivened by music and dancing.

Flamenco Art´s Exhibition (MAF)

This event brings together the most diverse sectors linked to the flamenco world, from music production, entertainment or instruments, to the leather, flamenco´s fashion, accessories for horses and carriages. During its development, the exhibition activity is complemented by musical performances, fashion shows and equestrian exhibitions.
